Family trip to Steamboat Springs...
Over the holiday weekend, we took a family trip up to Steamboat Springs, CO. It’s about a three and a half hour drive north west of Castle Rock. On Saturday we went tubing at the Howelson Ski area right in the downtown area. They have a really cool moving sidewalk that brings you to the top of the tubing area. They call it the “Magic Carpet”. Joshua went down once with Celestie and it was too fast for him. He was too scared to go down again. He enjoyed going down the smaller hills at a much slower speed. Tyler and Samantha on the other hand really enjoyed going down the slope fast. They both went down by themselves many times. Everyone had a great time and fortunately no injuries. That night we watched the movie Tangled in our hotel room. What a cute movie and the kids loved it. On Sunday we walked around downtown Steamboat and did a little shopping and grabbed lunch. We took the kids bowling that afternoon. Samantha was the winner and she bowled 122 with help from Tyler. Tyler bowled...
Joshua is 18 months old ...
Wow I can't believe that my baby is 18 months old this week. Joshua had his 18 month well visit yesterday. He is doing really well for his age. He weighed in at 23 lbs. and is 32 inches in height. He is growing up so fast and I hate it. He is such a funny kid. I just love spending time with him. Here are some pictures of Joshua from the past 16 months. Enjoy!
